Michael AuYang, LMFT, is the Director of Clinical Services in Connecticut. This position oversees the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic, the Family and Community Ties Foster Care Program and Clinical Services in the CARS Program. Joining The Institute in 1993, Michael has served in a number of key leadership roles. He started his career as a Residential Instructor in The Institute’s Community Service Program. After a three-year tenure, he transferred to the Professional Parenting Program where he functioned in a number of roles with increasing responsibilities. He held the role of a Program Manager from 2010 to 2015 prior to refocusing on the launch of The Institute’s Mental Health Outpatient Clinic where he served as the Clinic Director from 2015 to 2018 before expanding his role as Director of Clinical Services.
