IPPI’s Tamara Shook, Elizabeth Sellinger, Kathryn Cyr, and Victoria Gomez presented a workshop at the 38th Annual BABAT Conference on Thursday October 12th. The workshop titled “Learning in The Workplace: Using Performance Diagnostics to Improve Staff Performance” offered 1.5 CE’s: BACB and PSYCH. Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) is an off-shoot of Applied Behavior Analysis that offers a variety of effective strategies for supervisors to utilize within the workplace. A case example of this process was showcased and outcome data and future considerations were discussed.
