The discussion titled “Self-Care for the Behavior Analyst: Evidence-Based Practices” explored the demands of the profession and presented examples of evidence-based techniques to keep behavior professionals on top of their game. Some great information on ACT therapy, useful in managing stress in an increasingly demanding profession, proved very helpful as well. This popular discussion received great feedback from the participants!
