Nestled in the hills of central-western Vermont, the corporate administrative headquarters of The Institute of Professional Practice, Inc. provides administrative oversight and logistical support for the multifaceted operations of the organization.
Employing a team management concept, the senior officers and directors meet routinely at the corporate headquarters to coordinate activities among the states and develop common standards of practice. Management team participants include the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Director of Information Technology and State Directors of Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

The corporate headquarters houses a staff of dedicated and skilled professionals, who are responsible for the administration of the complex financial management system and the management information system, including network operations. Integrated financial operations are centralized in this office to facilitate cash management strategies, and to assure required uniformity and consistency throughout the agency. The corporate office is responsible for audit and tax filings, as well as all related contractual and regulatory cost reporting. Many of the corporate office staff are long-time employees, bringing a personal commitment to The Institute’s mission.
