Job Description: Responsibilities include: Attending annual and quarterly OPS meetings; supervising the development, implementation and analysis of all behavioral interventions and reductive programs; in-servicing staff in ABA and related subjects; performing regularly scheduled direct observations of facility managers and direct care staff to ensure quality and consistency of program implementation and adherence to agency philosophies; coordination of clinical programming within residential services; attendance at facility staff meetings, supervision of program evaluations and revisions presenting information concerning resident programming to regulatory agencies; maintaining documentation as required of residents’ programming and staff training; all other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinical Director – Adult Services. The Professional Parenting Program recruits and trains foster parents to provide homes for children with special needs including developmental disabilities, emotional, psychiatric, behavioral, and/or medical challenges. The Behavior Analyst’s primary responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and analyses, conducting skills assessments, developing behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans, data analysis, implementing competency-based parent training, and crisis management.
