In Massachusetts, the Institute employs approximately 340
people to support over 100 individuals with developmental disabilities
and contracts with 40 more people to provide individual supports in
their homes. Our team includes staff providing direct support to
individuals, educational and vocational opportunities, management
of programs, quality assurance and enhancements, clinical and medical
consultation and service, and administrative support.
Children receive educational services in our private school and through
our outreach program to area school systems. Adults receive supports and
services in our residential, shared living, day program, and vocational
settings.
