Staff - Connecticut
To provide our quality services, The Institute employs a work force of approximately 500 people in Connecticut. This includes
direct care staff, mid level managers, clinicians, nurses, quality
assurance staff and support personnel. The clinicians on staff, most of
whom possess advanced degrees, oversee the day-to-day treatment services.
However, all of the clinical staff work with outside consulting
specialists in the fields of psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy,
neurology and psychopharmacology. This has afforded us the opportunity to
develop working relationships with various institutions and agencies, such
as Yale University, The Institute of Living, The University of Hartford
Graduate School, and the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.
