Services - New Hampshire
Our programs in the state of New Hampshire serve approximately 170
individuals. Our service recipients include people diagnosed with
developmental problems such as mental retardation, autism, and cerebral
palsy, as well as people with a range of psychiatric conditions, traumatic
brain injury, rubella syndrome, PKU and other medical issues. Many of the
people we serve have multiple and complex diagnoses.
We provide a broad range of services to individuals and their families,
focusing primarily on residential and vocational supports. The majority of
these situations are individualized, developed by using the principles of
“self-determination”. Some of the individuals have participated in the
“Home of Your Own” program and now enjoy the benefits of being homeowners.
At present, our residential alternatives range from providing 24 hours per
day to 20 hours per week of support.
Currently, New Hampshire offers the following services:
Individualized service options (ISO)
Two-three bed homes
Community-based day programs
Day habitation programs
Supported and competitive employment
Consultation, evaluation, and assessment services
School and family consultations
